"I am getting very frustrated with Fry’s ever changing coupons and pricing. I’m very contentious in taking advantage of discounts. Fry’s has declined from buy five get a discount to taking a pic of the sales code on the shelf. There is no connectivity in the store and even if successful it’s a mystery how to get the discount to show on your receipt. In the past two trips to Fry’s I lost over $10 in discounts. The checkers send you to customer service and they aren’t equipped to honor the discount. You are directed back to the shelf to do it over. In the meantime my frozen groceries are thawing out. Very unsatisfactory. If there is a sale price ( usually passed down from the producer if the product) just pass it on. Instead every fifth person is successful and Fry’s pockets the rest of the manufacturers rebate. Shady and poor customer service. When there is another option available for groceries Fry’s beware. You’ll clever yourself out of business."

"I like this Fry’s. It can be very crowded most of the time, but other than that I’ve never had an issue and can pretty much find whatever I need. I wanted to leave this review because of an awesome employee. Michelle who works in the deli. I’m usually in this store at least twice a week, sometimes more, and I’ve noticed Michelle is always there, working extremely hard. She’s is very patient, even when the deli is bombarded with customers and minimum staff, and she consistently gives excellent and accurate customer service. I’m not sure if the associates receive some type of recognition or reward for great service, but if so Michelle truly deserve it. She rock! Overall I would give this store 3 stars, but Michelle made it a 5! Treat her well Fry’s. You have a gem."

"This location is staffed with friendly people. The selection is always fresh. They only thing that I can say negative, is that the delly counter can take a bit of time."

"Honestly the only good thing about this store is the fuel points and sometimes they have some pretty good deals. That’s why I’ll give them 2 instead of 1. Every single night they close their doors before 10 when they close at 11, maybe not a huge deal but it makes it harder for their customers to get a cart, because they’re kept by the doors they close and it makes it harder to get a basket because they recently installed security gates that will only let you in and not out, which by itself is pretty ridiculous. It may seem like they’re understaffed because they never have any registers open but they aren’t really, I’ve seen 5+ employees just standing there by self checkout just twiddling their thumbs. I can count the actual good employees this store has on 1 hand and I’ve lived here almost a decade now. Going downhill, that’s for sure."

"I’m super impressed with this Fry’s! I don’t go here often because Walmart is super close to my house. When I do go here, I’m in awe because everything is always stocked up and their produce looks amazing and full! It’s a huge location and everything is organized. I’ll definitely come here if I need a bunch of stuff. I recommend them! Very impressive!"
