Walmart Supercenter

"So this wal-mart is typically slow to help its customers. I will say they have a hand full of wonderful employees whose names I wish I knew. If you need something that’s locked up (personal items, liquor, baby formula etc.) prepare to wait a while. But tonight an employee named Brook in customer service was completely rude! I politely, with all kindness walked up and asked if she could help me with getting an item that was locked away for a spark customer. Without a word she walked away and walked into a room at customer service that required a key. Not “one second Sir” nothing.. not a word.. looked me in the face, heard my question and walked away like I ruined her night.. I couldn’t believe the audacity.."

"This Walmart customer service can do better . It took me 15 to 20 minutes to get help and the driver forgot an item that i needed and it made me feel like they didn’t care or wanted to accommodate me for the mistake on their end and there was no empathy or compassion"

"I was shopping at Walmart for black scrubs because my job is requiring color change and I see that the racks are almost empty I spoke to a store associate and he checked in the system and stated there was no more trucks bringing in a shipment of scrubs and couldn’t tell me when however he could redirected me to the department manager name Leilani and I asked her when will you get next shipment she stated she didn’t know. So I told wouldn’t be common sense to continue to order when see the items are almost gone! And she said “you don’t need to say the word Common sense “ I told her that I not disrespecting her causing at her by any way shape or form. She stated I could call customer service to make a complaint if I wanted too. And still she did resolve the problem! Walmart is to find out for their customers why they aren’t getting another shipment and if they don’t know the answer she could have call another store or do something! They need better managers"

"The cashier was so unhappy with doing his job. I smiled when he started the transaction and said "Hello how are you?" NOTHING didn't even look up. So I continued thinking maybe he didn't hear me, " working the registers during the busy holiday season sucks sometimes. " I worked retail for over 35 yrs." NOTHING, and I knew he could hear me . The only time he talked was to ask me how much $ I wanted on the gift cards I bought. No, thank you, when we finished , no eye contact,NOTHING! I'll go to self checkout from now on, but I had giftcards to purchase. Whoever runs your front-end needs to train your cashiers on customer service. Especially Tyler !"

"The 2 guys that usually work by the front doors during the 2 to close shift are absolutely the best greeters ever. They are always polite and welcoming to everyone that walks in the door. They have a huge smile and a great sense of humor. It's wonderful to see that at least 1 Walmart has amazing employees and not rude ones that automatically profile anyone that comes through the door and starts harassing them. This is hands down the best Walmart I have ever visited."
