"We used to bring our dog here several years ago before we moved. Now that we are back in Arizona I called to get a quote on a dental and they absolutely would not give me one unless I first scheduled an appointment for an exam. Seriously? A price RANGE would have at least been helpful! AND to top it off the exam would be $100 because we are “out of the area” now. Never heard of a Vet increasing the price because I reside in a town that is further than I used to reside in! I’m the one that has to drive further than before yet I’m going to get penalized for it??? This used to be the best Vet with the friendliest staff…I didn’t get that over the phone at all. So disappointing!"
