"This pharmacy always has my meds on time and with no fuss. My doctor and care team are very very hard to get a hold of so something that is a small issue is normally a big one for me because it will take weeks of calling to fix it. I ran out of my meds early and had been calling my doctor to get a bridge for days, pharmacist found an old prescription and got it filled in minutes. They have even called my doctor to change a prescription when it wasn't correct (they prescribed 50g when my dose is 100mg) pharmacist noticed and got it filled in the correct dose on the same day. Not only saving me a battle with my care team but also ALWAYS ensuring that I have my medication. Previous pharmacies I went to had left me with out meds for days or weeks because of small conflicts like this and knowing that I will always have what I need is a huge relief. Could not recommend them more."

"I called today to get a refill on my husbands prescription and the woman I spoke to was short tempered and cranky. Every single time I call Bashas Pharmacy in Wickenburg Or go in to pick up a prescription the people who work there are cranky, unhappy, short tempered and have terrible customer service. We used to use that pharmacy back when I was a kid when Ray Baum worked there. He was always kind and pleasant and had great customer service from what I remember. No longer that way. No longer a small town pharmacy feel. It is very obvious that the people who work at Bashas pharmacy are unhappy and do not like their jobs. Sadly, We will be switching my husbands prescriptions to Safeway Pharmacy so we don’t have to deal with the cranky people that work at The Bashas Pharmacy."
