"We were extremely disappointed with every Vet we tried in Surprise and the surrounding areas when we moved here from the Midwest. We weren’t used to the chains and the dismissive attitudes and always trying to up sell. My Pops had a friend who knew a guy and so on and that is how we discovered Bar S. We are so thrilled we did- we are comfortable and confident taking my husband’s service dog and our cat to Bar S. When it was time to say goodbye to our Pittie every single staff member was so kind and compassionate- they let us stay with her until we were ready, not when they needed the room back. This is the first cat we’ve ever owned and I’ve had some pretty ridiculous questions, staff is patient with me and they don’t make me feel like an idiot! We’re never rushed, all of our questions are answered, we don’t wait long, we get what we need- not what’s unnecessary and costly. We really appreciate the service we’ve received and the hour drive one way? Totally worth it!"
