"I previously took my laptop elsewhere to get my dying fans replaced. I had waited several days just for them to tell me the new fan parts didn't fit and then they gave the laptop back to me with the entire cooling unit outside of the laptop. I found this shop and they were to get me in as soon as I got the correct parts in for them. They took in my laptop and quickly repaired it, and they cleaned the keyboard/screen on top of that.
