"Horrible customer service. I had spent 500 at the mall, easily. Stopped by them, on my way out, because my kids thought it looked cool. I had 2 things in my hand, and the cashier/owner came and snatched them from me, and told me she would keep them at the register. I almost walked out. Luckily, I was getting them as last minute gifts for my niece. The more I think about it, and read other reviews, the angrier I get. I want my money back! I'll return the items, too. I don't want to give these types of people ANY profit. The store Glitter, and several others in the mall are AMAZING. This store is awful. I will NEVER be back, and tell everyone I know not to give them any money or business."

"I was with some friends and the employees legit stole from her daughter. First an employee named Shipley then an old bag named Jane. The first took her money and refused to give her a receipt or change. She came to tell her mom and then when they went back the old bag said, “how were we to know your daughter was RETARDED?!” They actually called her that! Then the corporate office said “no refunds” when they were called! LIES AND BULL AND MAY KARMA COME BACK TO THEM ALL!!"
