"They needed to restock lots of items in several departments but especially the DIY jewelry department. Lots of pendants and beads were out of stock. I don't know if it's usually like this though because it was my 1st time shopping in a Michael's store."

"I am not putting 3 stars for the reason that they are usually understaffed at check out. The store is great. The deals are off the charts on a day to day basis. I have shopped here for years... yet... they are still always understaffed. Why?"
"They didn't have a few things we were looking for but online it said they had it. But trying to get help is ridiculous only saw one person and that was the cashier. They had a lot of clearance but the shelves were empty so you might as well remove the tags. Overall in my opinion their competition Hobby Lobby has a better customer experience."
