"A local jeweler put a clasp for $379.75 on my Omega necklace that I did not approve, and it’s too difficult to close because it spins. I then read lots of positive reviews about the Gold Vampire. I went there and talked to Cory about how to remedy my dilemma. Cory told me it can be fixed where I can close it on my own. True to his word, the clasp was made stationary and I can now close it on my own. I appreciated his advise, honesty, and efficiency of getting my necklace repaired. I picked my perfectly fixed, cleaned and made like new omega necklace up on their 40th anniversary celebration. They are going to be my go to jewelers from now on. "I have driven past your store for years and have never gone in, my son moved back to Arizona and was looking for a Sterling Silver Chain necklace for Christmas. We stop in and he bought him a Sterling Silver necklace and he bought me a 14K Gold Chain for Christmas. The Staff, Sue and Lisa were very helpful, Friendly and Informative.
