So I regularly have bought stuff from them like shoes and other merchandise, but I have ponded my items because I had some financial difficulties, and not only did they help me get them back, by giving me a little more time. But they’ve demonstrated that they have a lot of consideration for items that have sentimental value for me. It’s unfortunate that I have to go through the rigors of letting go of my possessions to survive in this depression of an economy.
