I called in and they answered right away and said I could just walk in and bring them the watches that needed repair. I was quickly greeted by Wayne when I arrived, who I learned is the owner and jewelry/watch fixer and he was able to quickly put together a plan on how to fix them and was able to give us a quote and a date when they would be done. He was nice, very professional, even sent a text and left a voicemail to notify us that they were done early, and the watches look great! We have had such a great experience here and would recommend them to anyone!"

"I have an 18k bracelet my late mother gave me over 30 years ago. While the appraisal value is insignificant, the sentimental value is invaluable and a rememberance of her love. I had Wayne do some repair work on it a couple of years ago because over the years it had grown thin at the clasp and stretched out. He made it just like new at a very reasonable price. Yesterday, I noticed I had caused some damage to one of the links. I stopped in this afternoon and Wayne graciously fixed it right on the spot for me. "I had this very special epoxy coated coin I wanted to turned into a necklace by adding a bail to the top (not a bezel that goes around the edge) and all of the other custom jewelry / repair shops I contacted said it couldn't be done because of the epoxy & width of the coin, but Wayne being a creative genius was able to help bring my vision to life. When I was telling him about my idea and giving it shape, I didn't feel like I was talking to a business I felt like I was talking to an artist and it felt like a real collaborative effort. If you've got a creative idea you'd like to make real I highly recommend this place. Edit: the biggest challenge with this project was doing it safely without damaging the coin & epoxy coating and in the end he did it flawlessly.
