"I never had a problem until recently. I told them do not shave my 4 month old puppy just bathe and trim the face. I got my puppy back with a full shaved body. Not only that but they gave me the wrong collar back on my dog. They told me they must have sent another dog home with my collar and I’m basically out of luck. I highly recommend people to go elsewhere!"

"I have been taking my dog to Shelly's since I moved to the East valley. So far no problems. My labradoodle haircut always comes back well groomed, smelling good, nails clipped short and he seems to not have an issue. It's so funny because when I dropped him off, he walked himself to one of the kernels, he knows the routine! They normally give me a time to pick up and call me roughly 15 before he is actually ready. They accept cash or check only which can be an inconvenience at times."
