"Had a gold box chain necklace snap and took it here to fix it. Excellent service, took less than 30 minutes to solder it, replace the clasp, and polish it to a gleam it hasn’t had for years. The prices were very fair (and I called around a lot of places beforehand), and the owner was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. This is clearly more than a just a job to him. I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs and most highly recommend."
