"I’ve visited multiple times and made a few purchases. It’s a pretty cool store because every time you go, there’s something new and different. The people that work there are friendly and don’t mind chatting through questions. My only complaint is that prices have gone up quite a bit. I was told $18 for a large sponge filter the last time I was there. Last year they had sponge filters and I got the same size for $10. I’ve noticed some of the smaller tanks are way overpriced. You can get the same tanks brand new at Petsmart for cheaper. I asked about price matching for some substrate that was around $10 cheaper online. They said no, which I can understand. But such significant price increases make it hard to shop local instead of online or through a big pet store."
