"When this place was ran by Twin Tails they always answered my phone calls to make an appointment. Now all I hear is “leave a message due to increased call volume” and I got a callback and couldn’t answer and the number they said to callback again told me to leave a message. I’m not interested in playing phone tag anymore so I’m going to drive further to Twin Tails in Peoria because they always answer my calls. Edit: Attack previous customers from a bad review looks bad and confirms I don’t want to do business with someone who thinks it’s ok to be rude. I have actionable feedback to improve your business. Usually if it’s addressed I’ll improve my review but not this time. I hope you learn from this and get better."
"We walked in for nails & glands for my 2 nervous dogs. We were served instantly. Our groomer was gentle & soothing to my problematic dogs and they were done promptly. We will be back."

"Brought my dog in for a grooming and the service was excellent! I was greeted at the door and appointment was on time. Got a call 15 minutes before his appointment ended. Just as I arrived he was ready to go. Couldn't have been a smoother transition. Dog was happy to see me and not stressed from having to wait for me. I will definitely be back!"
