"Visiting from out of state and have been here twice now! The staff both times were amazing. Very kind and knowledgeable and wanting to help, but not like the follow you around every corner type. They gave my pup lots of love and treats the time he came in with me ♡ Prices are fair and everything is aimed towards what is healthy for your pet, which of course we love!!"
"Make sure to bring your own towels if you use the self-service dog wash. This is not clear on the website, and it is not consistent with other Pet Planet stores I’ve visited. Also I was told that they typically only allow you to use the dog wash with an appointment, which is not consistent with other Pet Planet stores I’ve visited."
