"Contracted with My Neighborhood Handyman to replace a sliding glass door. Big Mistake! Wish I would have seen all of the 1 star reviews before hiring this company. They took $1700 to order the door but the door that arrived was the wrong type and size. Kent, the owner, made a "joking" comment about it being "close the right size". When I told him I didn't want to work with him any longer, he took the incorrect door and refused to refund my $1700. The office will not answer my calls and return my messages. Thinking about using this company? Think again!"

"DON’T USE THEM! They installed a hood vent insert and built a frame and tiled around it less than a year ago. The whole thing almost fell down and when I asked for a refund he offered to redo it but I wasn’t going to take that chance. I had someone else fix it. After asking for a refund for the poor work done Kent offered me $400 (not close to what I paid) but I accepted. That was over a month ago and he continues to avoid my calls, to say that he will have it but not give me a timeframe. Read the other reviews. This guy is a joke and his behavior is completely unacceptable."
