"She’s a very kind lady but she doesn’t know how to properly groom shihtzus. Everyone keeps calling my dog scary looking cause of his eyes. I will never use this groomer again. Go to mistie at platinum grooming instead she does an amazing job."
"Had a scheduled appointment and no one was there when I got there. I waited 15 minutes and called twice and nothing. The voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I guess I will have to go with the other groomer down the road, hopefully they show up to work! Update: Tara called me back, apologized and explained the circumstances behind the missed appointment. We rescheduled and she did a nice job with our cocker Bella. Thank you and we will see you in about 5 weeks!"
