"Ed and I don't walk so well, we always need riding carts when shopping. We saw Kevin in the parking lot today and asked if he could bring a cart out for us. He was so kind and very helpful. He seems to be the kind of employee who cares enough to make a difference in a couple of older shoppers' experience. Kudos, Kevin!"

"Decent enough. Prices are high. Price break sale items had to be purchased in 3-10 quanities. Shopping carts lock up mid parking lot and don't unlock to return cart. Frustrating. One sale item with digital scan would not scan. Cashier had to fix it when I showed her the picture instead and it was in the printed ad, too."

"third time with the same cashier. she said my atm card showed insufficient funds.I knew she was wrong and went to the ATM machine inside the store and got cash to pay my bill. and once again she embarrassed my wife and I in front of everyone. she seems to get pleasure out of doing this.i spend an average of about $ 300.00 dollars a week at this store but not anymore. Smart and Final here I come."

"the store and selection are fine, however every time I enter the store by myself, or with my kids im being followed and watched creepily by a worker named Mikey. Again, today I went in with my husband, and he ran to start bagging our groceries. Tonia bagged the groceries, and he stood there and stared at us. I was so uncomfortable I had to grab the kids and go to the car. I’m a person who tries to respond with grace, so I don’t want to make a scene. But it’s at the point, where we won’t shop at this location anymore."

"While the store inside was good with friendly employees and well maintained products, the outside of the store was dirty with a lot of sketchy people hanging around. Definitely made me not want to walk in to the store."
