"It took 2 days out of the 3 I stayed there to fix issues. No microwave. Frig not working. Bathroom sink backed up. Room smelled horribly of cleaning products when I checked in; took 45 minutes with door open to air out so we could breathe. Makes you wonder what they were trying to cover up. The advertised 'SuperStart' breakfast was coffee, a mini muffin or one ounce granola bar with a post it note that said "Please take only one". Towels were way past their prime. Ice 'bucket' size was a third of what you usually see in a motel. Ice machine stopped after it was half full. All issues easily correctable before check in. On the positive side, staff was pleasant and bed comfortable, but there is work to be done to ensure guests have a positive stay."

"I got a good nights sleep in this clean budget hotel. Comfortable beds, quiet enough, good water pressure, a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room. The pool is closed, there is no overhead light, no table or desk in our king-bed room. Nowhere to hang clothes. Free breakfast is just one small muffin. Still a good enough motel for the price."

"Friendly staff and Room appearance was good, HOWEVER..... After checking in, I was told the water was off because they were having a plumbing issue but it would be complete the water would be back on in approximately 20 minutes. The water was back on but it was brown for several hours and never cleared up. The drain was also clogged and gnats were floating in the brown water. I asked for a refund and they said if I receive a refund then I'll have to checkout. I checked out and was given a receipt that said $0.00 and I was told that it was because the refund goes back to the company that I booked through. I asked him to put that in writing on my receipt and he did. I also see another charge of $57.85 on my bank transaction history coming directly from that hotel. I was charged a $100 deposit and was told I would receive a full refund. The staff checked the room before I checked out for any damage and there wasn't any, so I don't understand what the $57.85 is for and I'd like to know if I'll get my full refund. If it wasn't for the water issue I wouldn't have any issues with this hotel other than minor things such as not having access to the ice machine without the owner unlocking the door and only having 1 set of towels and having to wait for her to bring more from the laundry room. I checked in around 4:30pm and checked out around 10pm"

"I appreciated the man at the front desk not getting upset when I asked to check the rooms and started looking at the bed for bedbugs. He was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were much cleaner than other hotel rooms I have seen and stayed in. No dead bugs were lying around or in bed, sheets were clean, and the price was reasonable for what you get. Would stay here again."
