"This is worse than all the reviews state. The place smells awful. It’s incredibly dirty. Doesn’t look like anything has been cleaned. Definitely doesn’t smell like anything has been cleaned. This is not even worth $5 a night let alone $100. Not worth the kitchen. Go out to eat, go buy coffee in the morning and skip this place. It’s really quite disgusting."

"If they had a zero star I would give it to them. This place is cheap but run down, dirty and worse. First they gave us a room we didn't pay for. When my wife asked for the room we paid for the gentleman seemed surprised. The first room had holes in the wall and door. I literally felt bad for my children because it was late and they needed to lay down. The second for was filthy. You can tell they don't clean at all. Please please stay away from this place. Buyer beware. Redroof should take their license."

"Don't let the pictures on the website fool you. This place is grungy and in need of major updates and maintenance. Bed is hard as a rock, and the room felt very filthy. I would have asked for my money back & left, but I didn't think the manager would refund us, and I cannot afford to lose $120! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."

"Have been staying here a couple times a year for years and it has gone from barely exceptable to beds so uncomfortable we could not sleep on them and got up in the morning in total pain. Owner/ manager has always been very helpful and kind, but when we said we could not stay any more he was not so nice. Charged us for the following night because it was “after the deadline for cancelling”. Will never stay here again."

The room was clean, and the bed was not too soft nor too hard. Breakfast the next morning for me was just some orange juice, but I appreciate it."
