"Much like other reviewers, my experience with the office manager Matt has been horrible. He’s a bit of a prick. Dr Goodman, not horrible, but not helpful. I previously saw Amber Valenzuela, who was awesome, but Goodman and Matt, particularly Matt, are precisely why I’m switching providers."

My only criticism is that, despite having several people in the front and back, it is nearly impossible to get them to answer the phone, so it proves difficult to make an appointment or get in touch with one of the assistants. When they finally answer, you've been sitting on the phone listening to their blown-out sounding recording for at least ten minutes. This gets a little difficult if you're trying to call really quickly on break or while in the middle of watching children! LUCKILY, AGAIN, we absolutely love our doctor(s); we were sad to see Dr. Valenzuela go, but Dr. Gade is AMAZING! Highly recommend."
