"While we usually love this office, todays visit was not great. We went in for a filling under sedation and was not given nearly enough information before the appointment to make the rest of our day pleasant (for example, I was informed after the procedure that my kid cannot have dairy for the rest of the day and that changes my plans for both lunch and dinner. On a small income, that greatly affects my day). The woman who administered the sedation took very long to do so and left the room saying "ok, I'll come back and you'll drink the 'juice'" at least 3 times before actually administering the medication. That kind of up and down is really hard for a kid who is very nervous, but trying to be brave. Again, we usually love this place, it must have been a bad day, but unfortunately the bad days stick with you more than the good. I hope we will have a more pleasant experience when we return for the 6 month check up."

"My daughter's appointment was at 1 p.m. we made sure that we arrived early to get the paperwork out of the way. When we arrived, I had a bad feeling because of the appearance of the place inside and out. The office was completely empty and we still waited for 30 mins. This was my daughter's very first visit and i didnt want her to have a traumatizing experience but i was very surprised at how very kid friendly the staff were. My only concern was that they said she needed to be sedated and fillings would need to be done since she has 7 cavities. Shes 4. Im definitely getting a second opinion. UPDATE: went to a different dentist...My daughter had only 3 cavities and instead of suggesting to sedate her, they put her under a gas mask and stated that sedating her at 4 isnt necesary since her cavities are very minor. Far cry from this office telling me she had 7! Insurance fraud much? I'd reconsider your options and research other pediatric dentists."
