"We had a visit on 2/29/24 2:27pm with Ashley Vasquez P.A. and medical assistant Joselin Ortiz. My experience with both of them was not a great as I took my daughter in for having fevers 2 days straight along with other symptoms. The PA refused to give her antibiotics or any medication even with her symptoms and fever during her visit. (Said it’s a common cold) She seemed very uneducated along with the medical assistant, because the medical assistant didn’t do a proper swab causing my daughters test to be negative. Couple days later I took her into her pediatrician with the same symptoms, she was indeed Positive for Strep and Flu. Her pediatrician said she should have been treated for the flu symptoms within 72 hrs of initial symptoms which we would have gotten if these medical staff did their job correctly."

"The staff was so kind and caring. The doctor was amazing with my child who has autism. Made my child feel calm and took good care of him. I highly recommend this facility. It was my child first visit. Definitely be going back in the future."

"This, unfortunately was our second time at this urgent care. My little one busted open her chin the first time and we needed stitches. This time luckily just needed to be glued up. The experience was great with the staff and providers."

"Wow! This place was amazing!! Everyone was so sweet and friendly. My daughter went in for X-rays for a finger. We made an appt online and got there early. We were seen very quickly. All in all we were in and out in just under an hour!! I will definitely come back for any urgent needs my children may have in the future! And I most definitely recommend this place!!"

"Came out of here just in shock. Horrible place. I came in for my son because he suffered a fall. The front desk ladies were super sweet but after that I don’t know what happened. We got called to the back the nurse introduced herself and explained she had the same last name as me, quote on quote not by choice but by marriage. She continued to explain to me that her husband cheated on her and how much of a dirt bag he was all in front of my son, while taking his vitals she continued to talk about him and instead of stopping to tell my son to step on the scale she pointed at the scale like somehow talking about her ex husband was of more importance. I thought I’d let it slide because we all have our bad days and what she was saying sounded rough. But then the 500 year old Doctor barged in no knock, no hello, no smile and no introduction. He didn’t even ask how my son felt and just dismissed all my concerns and my sons. I don’t see how this is a place for anyone let alone kids."
