"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Clinic, please never take your kids here. My little sister a couple years back choked and turned purple under anesthesia, when my mom expressed her concern, she was kicked out the room. Then I came here since they were the only ones that can take my insurance, the workers are very unprofessional, all they do is complain, and be on their phones, they treat their patients like animals and not humans. When I went they broke a tool inside my mouth and had Sharp shattered tools, and stared to choke they only laughed about this. When I left my mouth and lips were bruised and swollen. I went in for a second time despite of how horrible the service is, the lady for one was on her phone we didn’t start till 30 minutes later, once we did start she fell on my face and scratched me, they then put numbing and I could feel everything, I asked them to stop and they were mad. Now think about all the little kids that don’t or can’t speak up for themselves, how horrible they treat them. I honestly don’t know how they are still open. PLEASE don’t take your kids here."

"My kids always enjoy going to the dentist for by the end of the visit, they know they get a small special surprise, and they are good at making my children feel comfortable when they don’t want to be there."

"This is definitely the worst place to take your kids. Do not bring them here. It's completely unbelievable. Firstly, my parents were not even allowed to come back with me. Then, instead of prioritizing me, the patient, they discussed plans of going out of state for the weekend. Even after mentioning my discomfort and being poked in my cheek multiple times with a needle, I was still extremely uncomfortable and ignored when trying to mention it. By the end of this terrible appointment, my lip was completely torn, and I was mentally exhausted from the discomfort and lack of concern for my well-being. I had to brace myself the entire time. What makes this worse is that other reviews describe similar experiences. This place does not care about their patients at all. They just talk, laugh, and completely ignore you."

"Place was honestly great as a kid as far as I remember. But I had to go up there though around Mid May of this year for Extraction on my remaining 3 wisdom teeth and it was very traumatic. I was given both an Oral Sedative and Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas) and neither helped me out. My anxiety was horrid and I was hyperventilating during the procedure. I kept trying to tell the dentist that I couldn't breathe and he basically shrugged it off saying that the laughing gas is working and that I have no excuse to be saying that. Procedure did get done thank goodness. But it's still all so horrible. And here's the thing. This all could've been potentially avoided if I had paid $500 dollars just to be put to sleep for the procedure. Insurance obviously didn't cover the Anesthesia part (Hence the $500) but me or my Grandma couldn't afford it without being left with little money for the important things that keep us alive and under a roof."

"Everyone is super nice and friendly. The lobby has a TV for the kids. The kids get to enjoy watching a movie while waiting for their checkup. The times I have come to the Dr's. are super well explained about what treatment they need done."
