Im darker skin toned so i was worried id scar. I'm convinced they have top notch lasers and experienced staff. Monique was so informative. She explained how the light from the laser breaks up the ink and how it is shattered and removed in the healing process. How red inks are hardest to remove and why! "I came in for a carbon peel. There was some issues at first with the schedule being screwy. But they saw the messages I had back and forth and I got right in. The tech Gina who worked on ne was wonderful. She was kind and gentle and really sweet! She even gave up her lunch hour to get me in. I'm so greatful to her for that.
