"I was hired at COPA Florian as a family mentor. The onboarding process took about 2 to 3 weeks. In that time, I was on the verge of a surprising episode of psychosis. I had training from 9am to 5 but i knew I needed a couple weeks to take care of myself before taking care of someone else. I told my supervisor I needed to push back my training for mental health a couple weeks and i got fired. As a patient at copa, I told a couple other employees about the supervisor and they told me I dodged a bullet. I think it's gross that this company doesn't practice what they preach and I can only imagine how the employees at that location are treated because they want to take care of their health. Stay away from the Florian location. They don't don't care about their own employees mental health,how will they care about yours?"
