"I was not feeling very good and the staff was very understanding and kind towards me and my awkwardness due to my illness. I saw Dr. Chad Parson in the hallway on my way to my room and he greeted me and said he would be right in. Shortly after I sat down he came in and asked me if I was okay. He than suggested I take a Flu/COVID test before we began dealing with symptoms. He came in shortly after the test was taken and waited with me while the results developed. We discussed my meditations and than he asked me to explain my symptoms. After getting the results to the test back he prescribed some other medications to help me recover more quickly from my illness. Dr. Parson is kind, friendly, and listens very well. He was thorough in his explanations of the care he was suggesting for me. I appreciate him and will continue to see him for all my health needs."

Wait times are minimal, staff are very professional, friendly and exercise care in asking questions and assessing patient concerns and giving feedback on treatment needs and options. Dr. Chad Parson is excellent and really took time to get any information or concerns I had about my overall health and is very thorough and knowledgeable. This was my first visit to Dr Parson and I’m very happy to have him as my primary care physician. All doctors, nurses and staff have been excellent at Village Medical Paragon. I also love that they have a lab onsite to do bloodwork during the visit when needed. Overall excellent rating!"

"I set up an annual exam with Sandra at Village Medical. I was excited by the reviews to find a PCP. This was my first and last time seeing her. She didn’t classify my visit as an annual exam as requested and ended up charging me for the visit. During the visit, Sandra did nothing for me. Didn’t prescribe me anything, didn’t examine me. She came in and asked what I wanted? The whole visit was so confusing and the front desk staff and Sandra were insanely rude. I am not someone to be mean to service workers ever and I didn’t start that day so I don’t know why everyone was so rude. Do not go to village medical and especially not Sandra."
