To start they really use the three on one approach meaning the doctor had Her assistants taking notes and helping so that she could focus on my wife's concerns and questions. She was very skeptical after a bad visit at our old primary care Doctor's office and when we left there, we were so relieved that we found a great new primary care office. Another thing is that the office is so so clean. And not that hospital bleach smelling clean.It's almost like a bath and body works store in the mall.It makes you feel really comfortable almost as ifyou're not even in a doctor's office"

"Voyage medical is a great clinical research office! they always offers clinical research opportunities and they are extremely professional in compensating their members! I went into the Tempe office for the free a1c testing and upon arrival I was instantly greeted by the front desk and even offered a wide range of refreshing beverages. The paperwork was a breeze to fill out and the entire process of going to the back, getting the a1c test done, and the payment all took less than an hour. It was a simple a1c test and payment was provided via check on the spot after completion. The staff was very friendly and kept me informed of all their policies and regulations as well as what criteria i needed to meet in order to participate in the research study. They kept me feeling stress free and comfortable with their constant friendly personalities and what seemed like genuine concern for my well-being. They repeatedly asked me if i would like another beverage, even after they already offered me one! They truley do go above and beyond to help their clients feel welcome. The medical staff was also very professional and nice. They explained the process thoroughly beforehand and we're extremely gentle throughout the whole process! The medical staff genuinely cares if you are feeling secure and comfortable enough to proceed with the research study and values your permission greatly before proceeding with the studies. I'm excited to see what future clinical research opportunities they will offer."

"First off, the facility was absolutely beautiful! A very calm, serene, and clean medical practice. The staff was absolutely amazing! Second the snack selection was out of this world and felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant. Dr. Ali Imran was very knowledgeable answered questions without hesitation and was extremely patient with the million questions I asked. He gave me a great game plan to follow to accomplish certain goals I had and I’m very excited to get things back on track. Never thought I’d say this but I can’t wait to go back! "This doctors office is simply amazing. Everyone was friendly, and everyone that I made eye contact with spoke. The office was like a spa. I was very impressed by the ambiance of the office and it just kept getting better. I was there on a fasted visit so I could get lab work done and Khalid would not let me leave until I had some snacks in hand! Who does that?! They do! Book your appointment with this office. Dr Imran was amazing, he had great bedside manners. So did the nurse practitioner (forgive me I forget her name) The entire staff was great!! I’m glad I found them."
