"Very nice staff."
"Horrible experience! During the blood sample, the phlebotomist moves the needle back and forth, eventhough blood is flowing into the vials and Blows my vein. BLOOD Gushes out all over my hand and her pants. She just Left the room without giving me anything to clean all the blood running from my hand. The previous day, I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be told that my appointment is the next day, eventhough the text message sent by AMR confirms the appointment and time that day. The receptionist would not even look at the text confirmation, instead telling me i made a mistake. I had driven 30 minutes and gas is expensive! I still referred a friend to AMR for a different study. After driving over 1/2 hour, he was told by the receptionist that they texted 30 minutes before his appointment that his appointment was canceled. Needless to say I can not recommend this research facility. AMR needs to invest in better training of their staff!!"
"Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I went in for an initial screening, which they couldn't perform because they had scheduled me when a doctor wasn't there. Then upon checkout I noticed they had written down FAKE vitals for me despite never taking any! I, of course, brought it up to the receptionist who quickly dismissed me instead of addressing the issue right there and then. Completely unethical and concerning. I had asked to speak to a manager(to receive an explanation for the vitals issue) when I received a phone call to remind me of my next appointment. NEVER called back. This behavior makes it seem like the studies are being falsified/fabricated. I will be addressing this directly with the company conducting the research and anyone else who should know about this. BEWARE"
"They have zero respect for the people that subscribe for their research. I went all the way there, after the trial that they called me at night time, and they said I wasn’t qualified before I started filling the papers. I missed half of my day going there for nothing. They should have figured that out by phone. Very disrespectful."
