"I cannot say enough about the staff and the atmosphere. Shannon is a wonderful manager and was our first encounter at the gym. Thank you!! We miss Paul, my sons first advanced technique instructor. Thank you. Teego is an awesome manager, instructor…he has done it all for this gym!! Lots of improvements!! Thank you. Kaitlyn is an incredible instructor; she truly cares about all participants making sure they are doing the techniques correctly no matter their level! Thank you. Antonio has been a great advanced techniques instructor challenging my son every day he is in the class!! Thank you. Eric is an energetic instructor and does a fantastic job with everyone in his classes. Thank you. Omar has been a wonderful instructor as well!! Always nice to see how each instructor does their thing…all different but all amazing!! Thank you all for what you do!!"

"Signed up my kids last august for one year membership and paid for it upfront. Kids lost excitement after school closed. After not attending for nearly three months, Two weeks ago I got an email stating I have a bill due for 479. I reached out to Shanon the branch manager and he said he will take care of it and close out the account once I send him a notice to cancel via email. I thought all was taken care of but today I get call from Shannon he says sorry I tried there is nothing I can do you have to pay a bill of 300 and some change. That’s unacceptable in my opinion. The trainers are great, my kids enjoyed working with them but I wouldn’t trust the managers and the folks who run things on the back end. Thank god I paid everything in cash. Beware when signing up for a membership here."

"I have been a member at Knockout for about 3 years and absolutely love it. It’s a great place for beginners and advanced. My favorite classes are kickboxing; especially when Antonio is teaching. Antonio is a friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging coach who not only ensures you are accomplishing your goals but also having a good time. He is definitely the reason I do more than 1 class in a day. I recommend Knockout"

"I'm new in town and I happened to walk by this gym. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, I just wanted to come in and possibly train on my own and he offered me a 3-day pass! They lent me wraps, gloves and the gear I needed to train. I took a kickboxing class at noon then stayed after to lift weights and stretch. The instructor made sure to give notes to every participant and left no one behind. There's always something to improve. There's also PLENTY of parking. I'm already looking forward to coming back."
