"This Doctor was not at all rush to get out of the room to get to the next patient. She took her time to explain things to ask questions to do a thorough exam. I had a lot of questions because I've been dealing with this medical issue for a very long time.She wasn't annoyed or irritated that I was asking questions or trying to diagnose myself like other doctors have been. She took the time to answer my questions and also I think it gave her knowledge as well. I definitely recommend her to anyone having hip issues."

"Worked with core located in Mesa which is always understaffed and incredibly busy but all practice employees were decently respectful. My mother was referred to Dr. Anderson at Gilbert location and had her left hip replaced. I was left extremely disappointed. If you are an individual on your own BRING SOMEONE with you. Doctors constantly under-explain and go back on previous agreements. I thought my mother was being dramatic until I had to follow up the day after her surgery for pain medication. I had the extreme displeasure of having to communicate with Danielle. Who was not only rude but also combative dismissive when I had to drive an hour from maricopa to pick up a physical script since the clinic’s electronic dispersal system was down and no one called to let us no. I explained she just left the surgery center that day and had ZERO pain relief/medication. “call cvs I don’t know what you want me to do about that”. Luckily while waiting down stairs two other nurses from the clinic came down and apologized for how I was treated, letting me know I wasn’t the first. Incredibly baffled that Core Institute that prides itself on the quality of service, can employ unqualified individuals that lack basic manners as well as medical professionals that can’t provide consistent care. Please reconsider taking your loved ones here."
