The gym isn’t intimidating and coach makes you feel right at home and welcomes you from day one. It’s fun and a great workout! We stretch, warm up, shadow box, strength train and hit pads with partners. You don’t have to know a lick about kicboxing, coach teaches the 10 main moves and explains them for newbies to understand. I enjoy breaking up my workout routine with kicboxing twice a week and stumbled into the right place to do so!"
