"Don't let the cameras give you false security that your babies are being well taken care of. I watched 2 employees on the live feed, trip, intentionally knock over(by pushing his head), hold him upside down and then basically body slam him into the crib twice and THIS WAS DONE TO A 10 MONTH OLD!!!!"
"Rough start, I didn't trust them, I had an argument with them but that was a mistake on my part cuz they are all excellent, they worked with Natalie and made her time there wonderful, thank you Ms Patty, Sam , Pam and I know I'm forgetting some of you but thank you so much for getting Natalie ready for school"
"I am very unsatisfied how my daughters 3 weeks spent here went. My daughter came home everyday crying to me how the teachers and kids were mean to her. I watched the cameras and watched how a few of the kids bullied her and not include her in the activities. I sat and watched how the teachers did nothing about it. Everyday she cried and screamed how she didn’t want to go there because they were so mean to her. I found another child care and she loves it and hasn’t had any issues. The new site loves her just as much as she loves going. I don’t want to state that this site is prejudice but IT IS! The only thing I did like is that I would receive photos and updates and I could view the cameras at anytime. The front desk lady is VERY rude! Pam was a good help!"
"Our 18 month old son has been attending this Childtime location for a year. I have so much good to say about this day care. The staff truly care about the kids. I am consistently amazed at how Pam (the director) is able to remember every child and parent name without forgetting! Pam runs a very tight ship. Things are very clean, very safe, and the staff is engaged with parents to keep everyone updated on their kids. My son is visibly happy there. He always has smiles for his caretakers, and he reaches for them when he sees them. I have a lot of trust in this team, and I would definitely recommend them to others."
