"I've really tried to like this place. I live right by the store on Ellsworth/Cadence Pkwy, so it's super convenient, but I just had to stop going. Our orders were always wrong! The last time I went, I bought my daughter a redbull infused drink, and when she sucked up a fingernail, that was it for us. I tried to call multiple times with no answer, and I even emailed corporate to let them know but but no one bothered to respond."
"Such a great location! The drive thru moves fairly well. It's pretty large inside with a good amount of seating. The staff is great, and so is the coffee!"
"They really took great care of us at Black Rock, even though it was closing time. Friendly employees and great drinks… we drove further to this location as it is the only one near us that is open a little later than the rest. Their specials are always good and a great way to try new drinks."
"Black Coffee has something for everyone! They are known for great coffee and large portions. The value is definitely better than Starbucks per an oz of just about any drink. They have indoor outdoor seating. This means you sit indoors but they have garage doors they open when the weather is nice. The place is always busy, always clean and the crew is very personable! "Let me tell you, this was on really cool coffee shop! Industrial decor, design and experience. A large garage style roll up door, that is opened during the cool mornings and winter months giving you a patio style dining in a cafe, with a rather large table top. The paint and style of the decor is spot on! Definitely a good place if you like to frequent coffee shops or want to study and use wifi. Good background music in a location that is not too busy or full of traffic!"
