At the beginning it was hard for them to adjust to (it was new for both of them) and now jujitsu is all they look forward to! They love Roots So much!"

"Great gym for a first time practitioner, they have kids classes, white belt classes, female only classes, and no gi classes. They let white belts roll as well and I’m so glad I didn’t unknowingly sign up for a gym that wouldn’t let me roll until I was a blue belt (I guess some gyms don’t allow white belts to roll) It’s really a family vibe and everyone is always willing to help no matter your belt color. It’s awesome to have the support I have from all the teammates and coaches. I’ve rolled with almost every one at the gym from white belts to black belts and every single person helped me and gave me feedback after we rolled."

I could always count on the people and practitioners to push me on and off the mats. I no longer train at roots because of a work move but I often find myself missing the environment that Professor Gerson and his black belts have built for the gym.
