"Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a clinic. We felt like Dr. Bhatia is least interested and just wanted to get over with our appointment. The worst part was a 4-5 day after birth screening was done at this clinic, where a baby’s blood is drawn for tests. Before drawing the blood they apply warm cloth to stimulate the baby’s foot. The young nurse at this clinic instead of warming it, made it hot. No wonder my baby girl started to cry and wiggle violently as soon as the young nurse applied the hot cloth on her foot at the clinic. Only after returning home while changing my baby’s dress, I noticed large boils on her foot. I called the clinic to inform them and my concern about possible infection. Their response was that this is normal. Is it normal to burn baby’s feet? I feel so guilty for taking my 3 days old baby to these incompetents."
