"Arrived at the store a few minutes before closing to drop off packages and they refused service. Very rude!"

"I stopped by the UPS store to have some items returned to Amazon. I had Amazon send the UPC codes to my phone. When I spoke to the representative Katherine, she told me that I had checked the box marked Whole Foods and that's where I needed to return the items. I explained to her that I marked the wrong box and meant to mark the UPS store. She was kind enough to take the time to correct my mistake so store was able to accept the returns without me having to drive to Whole Foods. What wonderful customer service by employee Katherine. Times have changed and it's hard to find good customer service anymore. Thank you!"

"I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Matthew at UPS, and I can't express enough how outstanding his service was. In a time where customer service often falls short, Matthew was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly patient and kind, treating each customer with the utmost respect. I had to return multiple packages, a task that could easily become stressful. However, Matthew made the process seamless and far less daunting than I had anticipated. What stood out to me the most was his ability to provide helpful answers to any problems that arose, never missing a beat and maintaining his composure throughout. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and competent in their role, and I believe he sets an excellent example for what customer service should look like. I just wanted to take a moment to commend Matthew for his exemplary service. He turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and even pleasant process. "The store manager, Justin, helped me. I was returning an Amazon item, which he proceeded to tell me in a very rude and snarky tone how I would need to pay $2.50 to print out the label and talking to me as if I was a child. That’s fine you feel the need to press the company policy of charging $2.50 for a label, even though it’s being shipped by UPS, but you should be able to do it in a respectful tone and not be demeaning to the customer. 100% terrible experience, would not recommend this store, let alone any UPS with their money grabbing policies."

"Just left store 2910 and JUSTIN is amazing! This poor guy was the only one working because his co worker got sick and had to go home. There was a line out the door and the phone was ringing he was calm cool and nice. He efficiently took care of me and another customer simultaneously and without loosing his patience. Very nice guy. He should be a manager if he isn’t already! Awesome customer service and awesome work ethic. Fast efficient and friendly! UPS you better take care of Justin make sure he is valued!! I worked for Carvana and they didn’t value their employees so make sure you value this awesome man! Thank you Justin! -Maria"
