"My order was a disaster. My order was very difficult to place online, it also asked me if I wanted to have it taken to my car. I wanted it to be delivered to my car because I had my baby with me. When I showed up there was no specific place for me to park for it to be brought out so I parked directly in front of the door. There was no way of getting a hold of them to drop off the food so I had to leave my baby in the car to grab my food real quick. Once I finally got my food and got home I realize that my pizza was completely raw. We had to put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes. All during this time I was trying to get a hold of the location to let them know of the mishap. I called six different times and got hung up on every single time . I finally called corporate and they said that they would give me a call back to resolve the issue. I still haven’t heard anything from anyone."
"The pizza is still good. However since they have been using doordash, the pizza does not arrive piping hot anymore. It's always just "warm". Door dash is also not good about making sure all items are with the order."
"I made an order for delivery, and Door Dash brought the wrong order. I didn't accept it, and he said he would go back and get the correct one. Of course he never came back. I called 2 times and was promised a manager would call me in 5 - 15 minutes. I never received a call. Pizza Hut stole my money and the Doorr Dash driver pocketed a 20% tip."
"The app works when it wants. Could not order delivery even online and then I get to the location and no pasta at all. Just not good for a huge chain."
"I don’t know what needs to change, but something does. First off, this Detroit Style pizza looks NOTHING like the commercial! Second, it came soooo doughy and under cooked that now I have to put this in the oven to finish it! Sauce is everywhere, slices are cut so uneven! How hard is it to cut a pizza?! I’ve tried to call the store a few times now to complain, get a refund…SOMETHING…ANYTHING, but no one answers the phone and it just hangs up on me. If I wanted to have my kids make my pizza, I could have done that (and we have, and it comes out better!) *2nd pic is to show you how uneven the slices are. I didn’t want to have to heat up my whole oven to finish cooking a pizza so I tried to do a few slices in my toaster oven and now there’s cheese everywhere that I need to clean. Unbelievable."
