"Had an issue with my delivered pizza. Minor 1st world issue. I talked to the manager Austin and he fixed it politely, professionally, assertively and immediately. Exceptional customer service and management at this historic AZ institution of pizza. Even if they get something wrong, which is rare, they own it. Barrow’s brass - you need to give Austin an attaboy for exceptional service. Best and could be the oldest pizza family restaurant in AZ. I’m born in 78 and still remember growing up in Dobson Ranch and going out for Barrows after little league."
"So far been to two different locations and ordered the same thing. Both times they were made the same way. Pizza nice and HOT with plenty of toppings and cheese. The wings were pretty good as well. The place was nice and clean with a friendly staff."
"I waited 20 minutes for 2 slices and when i walked up and asked how long they told me they would have to make it. Then once the manager (Austin ) came to refund me my money he did not introduce himself asked what happened, or apologized he handed me my money with out saying a word just smirked at me and walked back. this is unacceptable also this is what i walked in to a lobby full of leaves. Trash management"
"I think Barro's Pizza is just fantastic! Tonight was only the second time I've dined in, but we were served quickly and the food came out piping hot. Everything was cooked to perfection. Keep up the great work, Barro's!"
"Food is amazing! Pizzas are on point, along with the delicious wings!! Love the many options of wings flavors! Their lunch menu aka pizza slices are a great option and low cost!! Highly recommend! We always get the Barro’s special with Italian sausage, and olives!"
