That lady should not be working there she treats people badly and has no compassion to other people which is not great when it comes ro customers i would not recommend this towing company be used just because of her because she will make it difficult to get your car back . This lady would not be fine and try to give me an appointment stating she had other appointments meanwhile when i walked in there was nobody in there she is rude and needs to be FIRED !! .I scheduled an appointment at 3:30 and showed up at 3:38 pm and she would not give me a break and i had to pick up my childern from daycare so i had a rough day without a car and had to miss another day of work to get my vehicle would not recommend that lady is bad and treating people like that is NOT OK !!!!"
