"Terrible this lady treated my wife and me terribly. She threatened my wife saying that i could not bring her to get my vehicle. That lady should not be working there she treats people badly and has no compassion to other people which is not great when it comes ro customers i would not recommend this towing company be used just because of her because she will make it difficult to get your car back . This lady would not be fine and try to give me an appointment stating she had other appointments meanwhile when i walked in there was nobody in there she is rude and needs to be FIRED !! .I scheduled an appointment at 3:30 and showed up at 3:38 pm and she would not give me a break and i had to pick up my childern from daycare so i had a rough day without a car and had to miss another day of work to get my vehicle would not recommend that lady is bad and treating people like that is NOT OK !!!!"
