"I can't say that I'm satisfied. And I don’t understand where the five stars come from? True, I arrived three hours earlier. They couldn't find my PU number, they sent me to the other end of the building, and they sent me back. But in the end I was told to wait in the wings. And the download took about two hours. In general, I stood there for five hours. Sorry, but maximum two stars."
