"If you've been to one Subway, you've been to them all. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was no different. The menu is predictable, offering the same sandwiches and toppings as every other Subway chain. What truly disappointed me, however, was the service. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing a pleasant experience for customers. Whether it was a lack of attentiveness, slow service, or simply a lack of friendliness, the overall service left much to be desired."
"Came today to enjoy a sub but during check out was charged for three bags of chips when I clearly said one bag. When I advised Mimi of her mistake she went ahead and refunded me my money in coins and not even the correct refund at first and when I told her I didn't appreciate all he change she advised me she didn't have any money in her drawer and needed to run to the bank. I paid with a debit card. Smh and then to rub in the fact that she isn't responsible enough to keep dollar bills in her drawer she tells me money is money and still forgets my jalapenos. I won't be going back to subway again. It's time to try Jersey Mike's. Good luck Mimi you have 3.3 stars and I see why."
"If I could give it a zero star I would. This definitely is the last time I go to this location. My online orders are always wrong and the employees are rude & unfriendly. I've been turned away at 730 due to store closing. The service is terrible when ordering In person. The staff is very young & immature. This location needs better management."
