"Tacos cold. Worker rude and sloppy. I am only giving 3 stars because the last 2 times we ate here the food was fresh and hot.. hit and miss at Jack: It's definitely not in and out buger"
"I’m so disappointed my large fry was cold and nasty like they were sitting out. My chicken sandwich didn’t have no heat to it temperature wise making eating an unpleasant experience. They did give me 3 sauces!! I had to eat it cause food to expensive to be wasting, but it’s also too expensive to not be good for what I paid for! My order was neglected!!!"
"So I went to this location and I ordered the southwest chicken salad and to my surprise I guess now they are charging .15 cents for tortilla strips, which to my knowledge they should come with the salad. It’s not about the amount, it’s about an ingredient that comes with it. What- now you are charging for individual ingredients on food that should come with what I order? And what happened to the “if you don’t get your receipt free meal”. I had to asked the cashier for it because I noticed this extra charge on your screen. Now you don’t give out the receipts so people won’t know the extra charges you guys do??"
