"I can't leave less than 1 star and post. NOT a happy customer. We hired them for a dedicated load. Our crew loaded & sealed it in WA. and that same crew met the truck in IN. The truck was different, the trailer was different, the load was damaged with a forklift hole in the 1/2" plywood crate. The BOL was changed. The seal was the same number but a different materials, (stainless steel instead of the aluminum we our company uses). Our contact, Ricardo, seemed more concerned about pointing out that the load made it on time than using the pictures, scans and witness statements to be sure the trucking company they hired was held accountable. In the end they offered 28.5% reduction for violating our contract, not supplying the service they agreed to and damaging our company's redutation in front of a customer. STAY AWAY!!!"
"Thanks Armstrong Transport Group KC for a great 3 week comprehensive course designed for agents who have minimal freight or logistics experience. I have not seen any other comparisons to your daily six hour live Zoom course that provides the major aspects of the trucking industry. CJ Cowie, as an instructor and mentor, has a personal transparency and patience, for seemingly "stupid" questions for those new to freight.
