"Well I was trying to get some prices on business cards, pricing menus and gift certificates and asking about if they would do a small window clings for me since that is my first time there, after she answered my fist question she basically said that she could not charge like the prices online.( I never mentioned that I wanted her to match the price I was just showing her an example of what I was looking for)If I wanted to get something cheaper I would get it from a website but I wanted to make sure that is the way I wanted since I'm a very picky person but apparently if you just want to get prices they don't take you seriously, she answered the phone and ignored me completely. And I have been working on customer service for a long time.Good to know that I will definitely take my business somewhere else."
