"First off, the guy at the first window did not give me my total, I had to ask him. The second window chick had me park under the Macdonald's sign, which is where I waited for 15 for cold food. Nothing I ordered was fresh, the fries were stale, nuggets were cold and the burger was just slapped together. I will not return."

"Managers are rude except Rodney. Employees nor managers know what customer service is anymore. They park all cars to make drive through times look good on paper. I refuse to park anymore. This is a hamburger place managers need to manage better. Fries are no longer hot."

"I wrote a review earlier. It didnt seem to post. So,,, My Mom and I went there today. Customer service is friendly, inviting. Store is clean. The food was cold though. We spent 22$. I left a bit hungry and annoyed. BUT!!!! I called later, spoke to Izaak. I explained my issue. We had nice conversation. He offered to replace our meal next time we come. Things happen, and Izaak fixed it. Im satisfied. Thank you for the good service"

"This is a good one. Play place has lots of fun twists and turns and is always busy. The staff are awesome. I ordered a frozen freeze drink, but they had just cleaned the machine since it was late. They didn't lie that it was, 'broken', they just asked if they could get us something else because it would take a while to get the machine on and running. I really liked that. I said sure, they gave me some options, and brought it out fast. My kids and I had a blast. I'll be back to this one. The people make it nice."

"We have observed the windows at the main entrance that are so dirty you can barely see through them. It’s a turn off to many customers. The parents are allowing their children to play in the dining area very loud and aggressive and it’s very disturbing to customers."
