"Great date night place. For those accustomed to chain fast food experiences, take a breath. In a hurry? Save this meal for another time. This is slow food, prepared well with care and attention. No distracting loud tvs or obnoxious patrons, just a lovely jazz music scented atmosphere leaving enough quiet to enjoy small talk at your table without bothering anyone around you. Evening meals here are intimate and relaxing. A wonderfully varied menu with daily specials and tasty vegan options, even dessert! If you didn't know it, their vegan chocolate cake is divine, and in no way tastes vegan(great with coffee at the table, tastier still with a dram of single malt at home!). Staff is attentive, but not rushed, patiently adjusting my order due to allergies( this is most appreciated). Good portion sizes for the price point. A uniquely wonderful experience in Sierra Vista. The only sticky wicket we encountered on our last visit was this: the restaurant allows well behaved dogs on the patio area, but they have to go through the main dining room to get there. While we were seated, two large dogs(the lead having clearly not been trained for such atmospheres) were pulling their human through the room while being allowed to get too close to diners, including us. Hubby had us switch seats to minimize contact due to allergies. Nevertheless, still looking forward to our next date night there!"

"Urbano used to be a great little gem with a chill cafe vibe and while they’ve mostly kept the aesthetic, everything else from food to service has changed for the worse. I’m so sorry to say because I was really attached and loved showing it off to friends and family who’d never been. They’ve always had slower service but the relaxed vibe and ambiance made up for it. Now you go in and the service is painfully slow and inefficient. They were out of at least 3 items we ordered, several drink orders were messed up which isn’t a big deal but felt like we were a bother asking them to fix it. The food looks pretty but 4/10 for taste with gourmet prices and my sister had a long hair in hers. They didn’t charge her for the plate and the waitress was lovely but I can no longer give this place a good recommendation. I just find myself disappointed every time I go. I like their coffee but you can find coffee on every corner in town."

"The atmosphere here is second to none. It is such a cute vibe. Go here if you want a fun coffee drink. As far as food goes, the portions are small and it is very expensive. I always try it again hoping it will be different, but it never is. I would recommend it for coffee, but as far as a sit down eating place, I just cant justify paying a lot of money to leave hungry. The service is also slow. For me, I’ll go get a Chai tea but eat somewhere else."

"This is our 2nd trip to this place. Very quaint, local place to sit and eat, chat, get some work done on your laptop. Plenty of choices food and drink wise and so far everything we have tried we are very happy with. A little ways out of town, but so worth the short drive. Great for group friend meet ups, amazing lunch date spot, or even excellent relaxed dinner date location. Hope you enjoy.. Update 7/28 Pastries a bit dry, however, everything else was on point."

"This place is an absolute hidden GEM in this area. My girlfriends and I were looking for a place with amazing drinks, food, and service and found it! We sat outside under the gondola and it was such a perfect vibe. We ordered the wine flights and just told the waiter “I like dry reds, she likes white, and she likes sweet reds” and to just pick for us. The waitress did amazing and brought us the perfect flights for each of us. The bruschetta and truffle fries were delicious and we all had fantastic fish tacos. The owners came over to greet us and asked how everything was. They’re amazing. We will definitely be back! 5 stars!"
