"Tried to get fingerprints done. Manager was rude because I couldn't relax my arm as much as he wanted. After I told him 3 times I was trying my hardest to relax he just gave up on me and told me he couldn't help me. I am a very patient person, willing to work with all kinds of people. He clearly is not. Not all people are good with touching and close spaces, so in an already uncomfortable situation he made me feel worse."

"I have been reluctant to leave a negative review as I have been doing business with this location for over 10 years. I have tried to resolve the issue several times with no resolution. I brought in an item to return to an Amazon seller. The UPS staff mistakenly sent it back to my house, instead of affixing the proper label to the box to cover the old label. Mind you, I had to pay them to print the label, and she still didn’t affix it to the box. Anyway, the item was shipped to my house, instead of returned to the seller. Imagine my surprise when I get the item back. Never the less, I do the right thing, and take it back to the store and explain to the owner. In a hurry, she rushed to resolve the issue and uses the email that I sent the store for the original return, and sends it off. I end up waiting weeks for a refund and contact the seller and Informed that they never received the item back. I have the return receipt from UPS so I contact them and the Husband tells me they don’t dispute anything from Amazon and that I need to contact Amazon so I do. I have been going back-and-forth with Amazon for several months now on an item that is over $600. I received an email confirmation from Amazon that I would be refunded for this amount since I was able to provide the proof that I returned it to the UPS store. I waited for my refund never received it and now Amazon is saying they have withdrawn my refund and I need to go back to UPS. I have left a message with UPS and nobody has called me back from my local store. Instead they left a message on my Amazon dispute to which I responded and they still have not contacted me. after doing my own research, I have found that when I originally returned this item to UPS, I had another item that I was returning and it appears that UPS shipped my return item to the wrong address for a second time. Instead, they sent it to the address from my other return, which had already been returned. Thankfully the seller that I returned the other item to still has the item, however, he has advised me that this is a collectors item, and when he received the item, the box was incomplete disarray, and would likely not be returnable to the original seller. The total loss to me is $684.13, and I don’t even have the item on top of it."
