"Let me start by saying Barro's Pizza is one of our favorite places to get pizza. However, during my family's most recent visit here, the service was so atrocious that we will probably never come back. We ordered pizza by the slice, which should have been pretty quick to get. It took way too long to get the pizza and to top it off, they brought it to the wrong table. After I asked about it, they took it from the wrong table and brought it to ours after they had already taken it to the wrong table. I believe that's cross-contamination and should not have been done. Next, my son found hair in his pizza so we took it back to have it remade. They seemed irritated that we brought it to their attention and did not apologize. We waited 20+ more minutes to have it remade and asked twice about it. We kept being told it would be a couple more minutes. We were so unhappy about the lack of concern and the lackadaisical nature of how they addressed the issue that we just decided to leave without getting our pizza."

"Who doesn't like pizza right? Well, there's pizza and then there's Barro's Pizza!!! Wow!! what a difference!! I just ate at Barro's for the first time and I'd heard good things but I was just amazed at how delicious and tasty these pizza's are at Barro's!! I went for lunch with some friends and was hoping they would like it too. Well guess what? This is our new BEST lunch place!! The location is great and the staff and atmosphere was outstanding!! They also have awesome salads and cheese ravioli with the freshest sauce and also at great prices!! Did I mention the crust? I love my pizza with a crust that's not too hard but just perfectly made so each bite I take is beyond delicious!!! The staff also made us all feel like family and they were very courteous and didn't rush us at all!!! I've found my new FAV lunch spot!!! Come check it out and I know you'll be impressed too!!!"

"Better than the last Barro's we went to in Surprise but still not as good as 67th Ave, we drove 10 extra minutes to avoid Surprise Location. Wife's Original Crust BBQ Chicken pizza was good, my thin crust pepperoni and green olives was good too. However, both of our pizzas had the essence and taste of cinnamon sugar, very subtle but enough to lose a star. Customer service was better than Surprise but again not up to the expectations that were established at the 67th Ave location. Great pizza but inconsistent results, hoping the new on 163rd Ave opens soon and is better than these last 2 locations. We asked both locations if they knew about the opening of 163rd, no one seems to know. Update : We have been here 4 nights this week (still unpacking new house) and we have had 4 good experiences and pizza was great, big improvement from first couple visits."
